Shipment & Tracking

Order Change or Cancellation
Order processing generally begins within 2 hours after we receive your order. Please make sure all order details are correct before submitting.
If you wish to cancel your order after submission, please follow the policies below:
Orders canceled within 12 hours: no fee, full refund available
Orders canceled after 12 hours: a processing fee will be charged based on the progress of order processing
If we do not reply to your email immediately, please be patient. Requests are handled in the order they are received.
Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, or once a custom item has been completed, the order can no longer be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
